Printable Recipe


6 large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut lengthwise
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon mustard (optional)
¼ teaspoon salt
optional toppings - paprika, fresh herbs or whatever you like


     Cut eggs in half lengthwise.  Scoop out yolks and place in a small bowl.  Mash with a fork.  Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.  Top with desired toppings.  
    Serve chilled.
