Printable Recipe

12 cups unsalted popped popcorn
½ cup (1 stick) butter
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
Heat remaining ingredients in a small saucepan until butter melts.  Stir mixture until well combined.  Pour mixture over popcorn.  Toss until popcorn is well coated with sauce.  Divide popcorn into 2 ungreased 9" x 13" x 2" pans.  Bake 5-8 minutes. (Ovens may vary - I used a convection oven and mine was perfect after 5 minutes, 8 minutes and it started to burn the sauce - so watch it closely and adjust baking time as necessary with your oven).
