Printable Recipe

2 cups cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast - chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup salsa
Tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

optional toppings - sour cream, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, olives, green onions, etc

Preheat oven to 350ºF.    
Combine chicken and salsa in a medium bowl. 
Stir till well mixed.
Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on an oven-proof platter or baking sheet. 
Place chicken and salsa mixture evenly over tortilla chips. 
Top with cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. 
Top with desired toppings.

Can also be cooked in microwave -
     use microwave safe plate or platter
     cook on high 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted
