Printable Recipe

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 pound walnut halves

Combine melted butter, sugar and egg whites in a medium bowl.
Add walnuts and stir until walnuts are evenly coated with glaze.
Spread walnuts on a lightly buttered shallow microwave safe tray or plate.
Microwave on high 6-8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes until glaze sets up.
