Printable Recipe


1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8-oz) can cream-style corn
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour batter into a greased 9" square baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown and tests done.


If you don't want the cornbread sweet just omit the sugar.
