Printable Recipe


1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese  
6 eggs, beaten    
1/2 cup sour cream 
Chopped, fresh cilantro  (optional)     


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Transfer mixture to a greased 10" pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
Serves 4-6
