Printable Recipe


8-10 medium tomatoes
1/2 medium onion, rough chopped
2 stalks celery sliced
1 green pepper, cut into bite sized chunks
1 (6 oz) can ripe olives, drained
1 (5 oz) jar green olives, drained
1/2 of 16 oz jar sliced pepperoncini, drained

DRESSING:

1 1/2 cups oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients.  Pour over salad.
Allow to marinate several hours or overnight.
Keep refrigerated.
