Pineapple Jello in a Can PDF Print E-mail

Printable Recipe


1 (3 oz) package of jello - any flavor
1 (20 oz) can sliced pineapple
1 cup boiling water
Whipped cream - optional
toasted coconut - optional


Drain pineapple well, leaving slices in can. 
Combine jello and boiling water in a small bowl.
Pour jello mixture into can with pineapple slices.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight until set.
To remove pineapple from can, cut bottom out of can,
run a knife around the inside of the can to loosen jello
then push the jello mold out of the can.
To serve slice the pineapple slices apart.
Place slices on a serving plate.
Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut if desired.
