2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
2 (14 oz) cans coconut milk
Toasted coconut - optional

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan, stir until well mixed.
Stir in coconut milk.  Cook over low heat stirring frequently until mixture is
very thick.   Pour mixture into an ungreased 8” X 8” pan.  Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares to serve.  Sprinkle with toasted coconut if desired.
