Printable Recipe

4 boneless center cut pork chops (about ½" thick)
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup unsweetened apple juice
½ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook pork chops in butter until browned, about 4 minutes on each side.
Remove chops from pan.  Keep warm.
Add remaining ingredients to pan with drippings.
Cook sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 15-20 mintues.
Sauce will look odd at first, not to worry it will come together as it cooks.
Serve sauce over chops.

Adapted from a recipe from Taste of Home.
