Printable Recipe

1 cup heavy whipping cream                                     
1/3 cup sugar                                                  
2 tablespoons baking cocoa                                     
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat all ingredients together until thick and smooth.  Food processor works best.  Allow to sit a few minutes before serving until sugar is dissolved or mousse will be grainy.  Chill unused portions.
