Printable Recipe


Prep Time:  10 minutes
Yield:  3 cups

1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Argo® or Kingsford's® Corn Starch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2-3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter OR margarine
1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract


     Combine sugar, corn starch and salt in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.


     Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter or margarine and vanilla.


     Pour into serving bowls. Cover; refrigerate.
