Printable Recipe

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
finely chopped peanuts

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until mixture is smooth and creamy.  Chill mixture until firm - several hours or overnight. 
Roll into balls about 1" in diameter then roll in chopped peanuts. 
Serve well chilled.

Makes about 18-1" balls.
