Printable Recipes


2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Cilantro (I used 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro)
1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Fine Grind Black Pepper
1/4 cup butter OR margarine, melted
4 eggs
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies OR salsa verde
1 cup sour cream
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese (I used pepper jack)


     Preheat oven to 375°F.

     Combine corn starch, cilantro, garlic salt, black pepper and butter. Whisk in eggs, chilies, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

      Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
