Printable Recipe

1-1½ lbs stew beef
1 cup salsa
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce (La Choy is GF)
1 clove garlic, minced
Hot cooked rice

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. 
Cook on low 8 hours or until beef is tender.
Serve over rice.

Serves 4
