Printable Recipe


3 tablespoons butter OR margarine
2 tablespoons corn starch
1-1/4 cups milk   
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1/8 teaspoon pepper 
1 tablespoon dried minced onion 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 cup sour cream 
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 can (5 ounces) water packed tuna, drained
Hot cooked rice


     Melt butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Combine corn starch with milk until smooth.  Add to ingredients in pan.
     Stir in salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder and dill.
     Continue cooking stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.

     Reduce heat to medium. Stir about 1 cup of the hot mixture into sour cream; return all to saucepan.
     Add peas and tuna.
     Heat through.
     Serve over rice.

Serves 3-4
