8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup minced cilantro
1/4 cup minced banana peppers
3 cloves garlic,  minced
1/2 lb deli sliced ham

     Combine cream cheese, cilantro, banana peppers and garlic in a small bowl.   Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on the ham slices.  Roll up, jelly roll style, starting with the short side.  Chill at least one hour.  Slice into 1" pieces and arrange upright on plate.
