Printable Recipe

1 lb lean ground beef
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can green beans, drained
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


     Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
     Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain well.
     Add remaining ingredients except cheese to pan with cooked beef. Stir and continue cooking over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.
     Place mixture in an ungreased 8" X 8" pan or casserole dish. Top with cheese.
     Bake 35 minutes.
