Printable Recipe


1 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
10 cups GF Rice Chex or Corn Chex, crushed (measure before crushing)
1 cup salted peanuts


Heat honey and sugar in a large sauce pan over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil. 
Remove from heat. 
Stir in peanut butter.
Stir in cereal and peanuts.
Press firmly into a greased 9"X13" pan.
Let stand at least one hour to cool before cutting.

These look really yummy! I wonder if you could melt some chocolate on the top?

I did melt some chocolate chips on top of one batch and they were really good
that way and I also stirred in some chocolate chips instead of the peanuts once
- they melted from the heat so it created chocolate swirls throughout the bars
and that was really yummy too!
