Printable Recipe

1 meaty ham bone or 2-3 ham hocks or 1 lb ham cut into bite sized pieces
1 lb fresh or frozen green beans
3-4 medium potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Place all ingredients in slow cooker.  Cook on low heat 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.

Serves 3-4
