Printable Recipe

1 medium head cauliflower, broken up into small florets
1 lb cooked ham, cut into bite sized cubes
1¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ cup butter
1 chicken bouillon cube (Herb Ox is gluten free)
1 teaspoon salt
8 oz Velveeta (or American cheese), cut into cubes

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook cauliflower in boiling water until tender, about 10-12 minutes.  Drain.  Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.  Add ham.  Set aside.
Combine milk with cornstarch in a medium saucepan and stir until cornstarch is dissolved.  Add butter, bouillon cube and salt.  Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.  Reduce heat, add Velveeta and continue cooking until melted.  Pour sauce over ham and cauliflower.  Stir till well combined. 
Bake for 30 minutes until heated through and lightly golden.
