Printable Recipe

1 15oz. Container of Ricotta Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
3/4 Cup Ground Almonds
2 Large Eggs

To Serve:

Toasted Sliced Almonds
Fresh Fruit Of Choice (Berries Work Well)

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F. Beat together all of the pudding ingredients until light and fluffy. Spray with an oil spray (Pam) or lightly butter 4 ramekin dishes. Divide the pudding batter into the four dishes and then bake for about 30 minutes or until the puddings are lightly browned and a fork inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool. If serving warm, carefully remove from the dishes after running a knife around the edges first. If you prefer the puddings cold, refrigerate in the dishes until you are ready to serve.

To serve, place a pudding upside down onto a plate and garnish with the fresh fruit and toasted almonds.

This looks great. Is there a way to get printable copies on your site so that
you don't end up with all the other things that show up on the screen? Thanks
for helping out a novice computer user!
Carol   |65.33.128.xxx |2010-08-12 05:47:45
Hi Barb,
If you use the print button at the top right of the page it will
print out the whole center section of the page including all the comments etc.
There is no way for me to edit that so it only prints the recipe but if you use
the PDF button next to the printer button it should just print the recipe with a
small photo. If you want just the text you could copy and paste in into notepad
and print it from there. Hope this helps. Thanks for stopping by.

I did it. I made this tonight and both my husband and I really liked it.

It
was easy to make and delicious to eat. I could see making this with other
flavors. It is good enough to have it just the way it is, though.

This is a
light dessert, perfect for hot days.

Thanks so much. I will blog it, in the
next few days.

Oh, good glad to hear you both liked it. This is definitely one of my favorite
desserts. I love anything almond and anything with fruit, especially berries.
If you blog about this recipe be sure to give credit to Deborah Mele at Italian
Food Forever as it was her original recipe and she was kind enough to allow me
to share it. Thanks for stopping by.

I am back. I just finished this recipe and I tried to stay as faithful as
possible to it. This gets 11 stars out of ten. It is
wonderful.

I apologize, I almost fell asleep, last night,
while setting my post up and had not linked you up to the post. That has now
been taken care of.

I hope foodies come here to see all your other recipes,
as well.

Thanks for sharing this with all of us
