Printable Recipe

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup finely chopped nuts, toasted (I used walnuts)

With an electric mixer at medium speed beat together all ingredients except nuts until creamy and well mixed.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Shape chilled mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each).  Roll balls in nuts.  Serve well chilled.

I couldn't believe it when I saw cream cheese and peanut butter together. To
die for! These are great because you're apt to have everything in your pantry
to make them. Thank you so much for sharing with Cookbook Sundays and thank you

These sound so delicious. I'm saving the recipe to give it a try. I'll have to
use almond butter but hope it will taste just as good
Carol   |97.100.180.xxx |2011-12-05 03:34:35
Yum! I love almond butter! I think that would be a great substitution for the
peanut butter.
If you try it make sure you let us know how it turns out.

Thanks for stopping by!
