Printable Recipe


1 (16-ounce) package pork sausage roll  (Jones is GF)
¼ cup chopped onion
4 cups shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices American cheese, chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.  Transfer to a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredient and combine well.
Transfer mixture to a greased 10" pie plate.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until center is set and knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Serves 6-8.
