Spinach and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms PDF Print E-mail

Printable Recipe




1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 lb fresh button mushrooms

     Preheat oven to 400°F.
     Combine spinach, Parmesan and feta cheeses and mix well.   Clean mushrooms with a damp towel and carefully remove stems.   Stuff mushrooms with spinach mixture.  Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. 
      Bake 10-15 minutes until hot.
