Refried Bean Bake PDF Print E-mail

1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
4 eggs
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
suggested toppings - sour cream, salsa,  chopped onions, chopped cilantro

     Preheat oven to 350°F.
     Mix all ingredients except toppings in a medium bowl.  Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish or 9" X 9" X

2" baking pan.
     Bake, uncovered until hot and set - about 30-40 minutes.
     Serve with desired toppings.
