Printable Recipe



1 lb ground pork
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce (La Choy is gluten free)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken broth
Hot cooked rice


     In a large skillet cook ground pork with onions and garlic until done.
     Stir in soy sauce, ginger and sugar.
     In a small bowl mix cornstarch with chicken broth.  Add to pork mixture.
     Continue cooking until sauce is thick and translucent.
     Serve over rice.
