1 head cauliflower
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning



Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Cut cauliflower into florets.  Place in a large bowl.  Set aside.
Combine melted butter, garlic powder, salt and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Stir to combine.
Pour butter mixture over cauliflower.
Stir until cauliflower is evenly coated with butter mixture.
Spread cauliflower evenly on a greased shallow baking sheet.
Bake 25-30 minutes stirring occassionally until lightly browned and tests tender with a fork.


Serves 3-4
