Printable Recipe

1½ lbs lean ground beef
5 tablespoons onion soup mix (equals 1 package of Lipton)
1 (6 oz) can evaporated milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients until well mixed.  Shape into a loaf on a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake for 1 hour.

 Serves 4-6
