Printable Recipe

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Chipotle Seasoning (I used Konrico)
8 pork chops (I like thin cut chops for this recipe)

     Combine all of the ingredients except the pork chops in a small bowl.  Reserve ½ cup of the sauce and set aside.  Grill the pork chops, brushing with the remaining sauce, until done.  Serve with reserved sauce.
