Printable Recipe


1 egg white
1/2 cup milk  
1 cup fish fry coating mix (see recipe) 
2 pounds fish filets, such as cod, haddock, tilapia, etc
Oil for frying           

                  
    In a shallow dish beat the egg white till foamy, add milk and mix well.  Put fish fry coating mix in another shallow dish.  Heat 1/4 " oil in a large skillet.  Dip fish filets in milk mixture then coat with coating mix.  Fry fish over medium high for 3-4 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serve with tarter sauce if desired.


Serves 6-8
