Printable Recipe

1 pound ham, cut into bite sized pieces
8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 batches of cream soup mix (see recipe) prepared according to recipe
paprika

    Place half of ham, potatoes and onions in crock-pot.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper then grated cheese.   Repeat with remaining ham, potatoes and onion.  Pour cream soup mixture on top.  Sprinkle with paprika. 
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4 hours.

Serves 4-6.

My husband couldn't get in touch with me for clarification, and bought the kind of ham sliced for sandwiches.
