Printable Recipe

2-3 pound boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck roast
4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
4 medium potatoes cut into chunks
1 large onion, sliced (optional)
1 cup dry cream soup mix
5 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1 cup water

Place potatoes and carrots in Crock-pot.
Combine dry cream soup mix and dry onion soup mix with 1 cup water. 
Pour over carrots and potatoes.
Place roast on top of vegetables
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or on high 6 hours.

Serves 4-6
