2 tablespoons oil                                              
2- 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite sized chunks
1/4 cup chopped onions                                    
2 cloves minced garlic                                      
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained       
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed     
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth                         
1 -1/2 cups salsa                                              
1 teaspoon cumin                                               
1/2 teaspoon salt                                              
1/2 teaspoon chili powder                                      
Dash cayenne pepper  or tabasco sauce - optional
chopped cilantro 

     In a soup pot cook chicken, onion and garlic in oil until chicken is lightly browned and onion is tender.  Add remaining ingredients.  Cover and simmer over medium low heat 10-15 minutes.  Top with chopped cilantro.
