Roasted Parmesan Potatoes |

2 lbs potatoes (about 4 medium) 2 tablespoons olive oil 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1½ teaspoons dried basil 2 teaspoons season salt 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut potatoes into small cubes (about 1"). Put potatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil and toss to coat. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Add to potatoes and toss till potatoes are evenly coated with seasonings. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a greased 15" X 10" X 1" pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
