2 cups cooked rice
3 cups cooked chicken, diced
½ medium green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (I used Lea & Perrins)
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup milk

     Preheat oven to 375°F.
     Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
     Transfer mixture to a greased 2 qt casserole dish.
     Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Serves 6
