Printable Recipe


1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional-but really adds to flavor)
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound uncooked-medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 ounces fresh snow peas
1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 chicken bouillon cubes (Herb Ox are GF)
½ tsp salt


In a large skillet, sauté garlic in sesame oil and butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp tender. Serve over rice.
