Printable Recipe

1 pound cooked corned beef, cut into bite sized pieces or shredded
1 (2 pound) package refrigerated sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
Thousand Island Dressing

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and caraway seeds in a large bowl.  Mix until well combined.
Transfer mixture to a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until heated through. 
Serve with Thousand Island Dressing.

Serves 4
